Attentive staff Titilayo Edovia the nurse was extremely helpful caring and professional. Nurse in recovery room Jenna was also excellent. Young male nurse was also very very helpful. Dr. Amit Pawar and Prof Tom Quick were excellent. Explained very well patient and through professionals.

There were some little things like the lack of hook to hang a coat. A printed guide for how to work the television and which Wi-Fi channel to select I think I probably would have worked out how to select the television channel that I wanted to watch if I had spent longer looking for it. I did however find the guest Wi-Fi channel. The pencil that was provided to mark my choice on the menu didn’t work very well on the shiny paper that the menu is printed on. The trolly beds were more comfortable than they looked - but they are narrow. And access to the controller so that patients can adjust their own positions could be a bit T more convenient.

Delay in procedure 2hrs 45min wait time. Left on the trolley post operation for at least 30 mins due to nurses being ‘on lunch’. Food order was forgotten and re-ordered one hour later when I pressed the button. Order was missing the tea which was an important part of the meal. Overall: Surgery experience and staff were excellent. Service and delays were exceptionally poor and a 10 minute procedure under sedation became a 5 hour+ visit. Terrible.

I have been many times to the Cleveland Clinic for orthopaedic surgery and treatment and have never had anything but the best most helpful service. My consultant Mr Vasireddy is excellent and also accessible and helpful.
